🚫 Cancellation Policy | অর্ডার বাতিলের নীতি

• 📥 Downloadable products (eBooks, reports, etc.) are non-cancellable.

অর্ডার করার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কাস্টমার যদি বাতিলের অনুরোধ করেন, এবং প্রোডাক্ট এখনও শিপ না হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে অনুরোধটি বিবেচনায় নেওয়া হবে। প্রোডাক্ট একবার শিপ হয়ে গেলে বা ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে, আর কোনো ক্যানসেলেশন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

📚 Printed Books and Physical Products | প্রিন্টেড বই ও ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্ট:

• ❌ No return or refund once printing is complete.
• ✅ Refund only for: damaged, incorrect, or unusable products.

To claim: Submit proof (photo/video) within 7 days of delivery.
Refund or replacement may take 5-7 working days after verification.

💻 Digital Products & Services | ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ও সার্ভিস:

• 🔒 Once delivered, digital products are non-refundable.
• 💰 Services like content writing, IT, etc., require advance payment and are non-refundable after delivery.
• 🛠️ In case of errors, we offer support or correction at our discretion.

ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট একবার ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে তা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়। প্রুফ-রিডিং, কনটেন্ট রাইটিং বা আইটি সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে আগাম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন, এবং সার্ভিস ডেলিভারির পর তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
